Due to the nature of blockchain and NFTs, there are certain aspects of the technology where privacy may not be possible. Therefore, we have taken the time to explain our privacy statement in the simplest terms possible so that everyone can understand our commitment.

Information Collected
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect and save the personal information that you provide us through the MYNTD app. This is collected to deliver the functionality in the app and to enhance the experience. Typical things we collect are names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other identification for both identifying your account and the NFTs / content that you may create.

In general, we aim to collect the least amount of information possible for you to have an enjoyable experience.
Information we collect automatically
We collect information that are operational in nature to help ensure that the MYNTD app functions optimally. This typically includes non-personally identifiable information such as device type, OS version, language settings, etc. This could also include things such as IP addresses, which in some jurisdictions, are considered personal information.

We also collect log and usage data along with device configuration data that helps us detect and trouble shoot issues that may occur in the app.

In addition, should you choose to use a social login methodology (Google or Apple), we collect information related to the account you use to simplify the onboarding process (eg. generate a suggested user name, capture your full name, and grab your photo as the default photo).
Information collected through your usage of the app
By using the MYNTD app, you will provide us information when you create content. This may include text, images, or videos. When appropriate, we also will collect information that you permit via your mobile device settings such as location, camera, photo library, device storage, or other device features that may create or store data.
How we use the collected information
Deliver a service to you

Information usage with external parties
MYNTD Business Partners and/or other 3rd parties
We do not sell your data. However, we do need to transfer and store your data on 3rd party systems to deliver the functionality in the app. Beyond the normal operations of the app, we will only send your data to 3rd parties with your consent. We may need to disclose your information where we are required to due to legal reasons and/or as part of a legal investigation into activities that may violate our policies and/or applicable laws.
Uniqueness of NFT & Blockchain
The Ethereum blockchain, by design, is a public immutable ledger. Any data that has been stored on Ethereum (or any other public blockchain) can be accessible to everyone on the Internet. NFTs, by definition, is stored and linked by blockchain. By definition and design, NFTs or "non-fungible tokens" are simply that, non-fungible. This includes the inability to delete or change the information that has been posted on blockchain. Once the content has been delivered to the blockchain, MYNTD is no longer in control of that information. It is critically import to understand that everything you post on MYNTD is effectively "on the record" permanently.
Information Safety, Security, and Privacy
Data Safety
We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. When we no longer require your data for legitimate business needs, we will either delete, aggregate, and/or anonymize the data.
We will utilize all industry best practices to ensure that your data is safe. Despite the safeguards and best practices, no electronic transmission over the Internet could be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so unfortunately we cannot promise nor guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized 3rd parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collection, access, steal, or modify your information. We will do our best to protect you, because that is our job. However, please do use the app at your own risk.
Privacy Rights
You have the right to remove, change, or terminate your account at any time. We will provide built-in facilities to terminate your account. Upon termination of your account, we will remove all the information related to your account. Per the section above describing blockchain technology, content that you create on the blockchain may not be removable.

California Residents
California residents are governed by California Civic Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine the Light" law. This law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing using the contact information below.
California Residents Under 18
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the App, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the App, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems (e.g. backups, etc.).
CCPA Privacy Notice
The California Code of Regulations defines a "resident" as:

Will your information be shared with anyone else?
We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. Each service provider is a for-profit entity that processes the information on our behalf.
We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be "selling" of your personal data.
MYNTD Inc. has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. MYNTD Inc. will not sell personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users and other consumers.
Your rights with respect to your personal data
Right to request deletion of the data - Request to delete
You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Verification process
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If, however, we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
